In 1994, LRJ 315 Radio La Torre FM is created 101.9 MHz and in 1995, with Law No. 6 118, both media became the Riojan Provincial Radio and Television Administration, which makes it a leading multimedia company in the region that provides a public service of social communication, such as a a fundamental tool that ensures cultural, educational, social, and economic development throughout its coverage area.Public media have been honored with numerous awards throughout their history: National Unity, Puma Argentino, Cerro El Velazco, Santa Cecilia, Santa Clara de Asís, Broadcasting, Golden Pan American Eagle, Golden Lighthouse and Maxwell.The programming over the years recovered and showed the customs, folklore, culture and makers of each region, reflecting the feelings of the different communities where the Provincial Public Radio signal arrives.
